You must believe that anything is possible and that you can turn your business around. 3.Please try to be patient as it may take several weeks or even a month or more to get everything rolling.
4. Please provide us with a testimonial (or testimonials) that the vendors who help you This may include having you write 3-4 testimonials depending on how many service providers provide assistance. The goal is to create success stories that showcase the help and teamwork of a group of companies all coming together for a common goal of helping others. These testimonials will be published in blogs and websites so by submitting an application you agree to this.
5. Please use the success you have and "Pay it Forward" Use some of the money you make to help others in your community. This may be helping out the poor, local animal shelters, veterans or whatever you wish. The goal of this program is not only to help the agent but to put the agent in a place where they can also give back.
6. Please create some videos that we can use to help market you on YouTube.com This is important and should be done within 3 weeks of being selected. Video content increases your closing ratios and also helps buyers and sellers know why you are the agent they should do business with. This does not need to be done on a professional video camera as a digital camera will also work fine. Have a friend or a co-worker help you. We will provide more information on the videos once you have been selected.
