"Hello Annemarie, yes, I still happily suscribe. I have a Homes.com website that the Pacific Beach people
revamped for me then set me up with keywords for 'pay per click' I'm on a budget of about $300 or less a month
with Google Adwords and Overture Yahoo! and get lots of 'hits'. I started back in April and started gettting leads
immediately.
Several leads have turned into closed sales which have
more than paid for a few years of this service.
I'm getting better a knowing how to deal with my leads. At this time, I have probably upwards of 60-70 leads
that are receiving 'Automatic Notifier' listings via our Innovia/MLS program. I fully expect that some of these leads
will turn into closed sales as well. I was a Homes.com subscriber for 5 years before the Pacific Beach people came
along. And, I can honestly tell you that I did not get one lead in all those five years.
I think they (the hosting company) are finally getting the message that they need to service their clients better
because of the results that Pacific Beach Online is providing."

no thank you for your time! I receive many solicitations via e-mail, phone calls for website rebuilding
or search engine optimization etc. Originally I spoke with Sean Callahan in early 2004.
At that time he really seemed pretty straight forward and my intention was to have him
do some work on my website. I saved his number. Things got busy, etc. and never got
around to calling him back and utilizing his services. Early this year I was going to contact
him to discuss performing the enhancements on my site and one day Early February, he called me

I've had a HOMES.com account for 5 years this month. I've never had a
lead in all that time. I kept the site to let potential sellers know
that I had my own site. In just a couple of weeks or so, I've been
getting 4-10 hits a day and have referred out 3 potential buyers outside my market place and
picked up 2-3 solid leads already that I should be able to convert to sales.
It cost me an initial $900 to Pacific Beach On Line to jazz up my website and to place key words on
search engines and another $40-60 month for my budget for the pay per click bidding.
Can't say enough good about it so far. Just hope I can keep up with it the new business.
